All I know is that we're about 15.5wks out, and I also know that we're pooped. Saturday, we only ran about 4.5mi (we didn't even swim) and we rode our usual 45min on Sunday. Monday, we obviously rested (and napped) and Tuesday we swam and biked. I had a headache while swimming, so I only got in maybe a 1200. I think Court got in a 1500. Then, we biked for an hr and 45 min. Just trying to edge our way up the time sitting on our bikes! Today (wed), we ran 5mi and boy was it tough! Beem ran with us and he made it the whole way, but we just didn't feel like we were in running condition anymore. We talked about adding another brick day and running a little 1-2mi after a short bike, but we'll see if that happens.
School just seems to be weighing really heavy right now. We have so many group projects that it's hard to keep them straight! We can't remember who's in what group and who's researching what and who's presenting with who...it's all so confusing...
